• Domain and mailbox credentials — required to connect your inbox to the warming engine. Credentials are encrypted at rest.
• Usage data — anonymized logs of warming activity, deliverability scores, and feature usage to help us improve the product.
• Payment information — processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store card details.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To operate and deliver the email warming service.
• To send transactional emails (receipts, warming reports, service updates).
• To notify you about your waitlist status and product launch.
• To improve the product through aggregate, anonymized analytics.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.

4. Data Sharing

We share data only with service providers necessary to operate MailSpice: cloud hosting, transactional email delivery, and payment processing. Each provider is contractually bound to protect your data and prohibited from using it for their own purposes.

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Waitlist-only email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe.

We use only essential cookies required to operate the site (session management). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
