1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using mailspice.io and its services (operated by Titan Technology Partners LLC, "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

MailSpice provides email domain warming services that help establish sender reputation for new or recovering email domains. The service operates by sending controlled, low-volume emails through a network of seed mailboxes on a predefined ramp-up schedule.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use MailSpice. By using the service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use MailSpice to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited bulk email, or messages that violate CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or similar laws.
  • Warm domains intended for phishing, fraud, or malicious purposes.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service.
  • Resell or sublicense access to the warming infrastructure without written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

5. Payments and Refunds

MailSpice offers one-time payments per warming tier. All payments are final. We do not offer refunds once a warming campaign has been initiated. If a technical issue on our end prevents delivery of the service, we will provide a credit or re-run at no additional charge.

6. No Guarantee of Deliverability

Email deliverability depends on many factors outside our control, including recipient mail server policies, domain history, and sending content. MailSpice improves sender reputation through warming but cannot guarantee inbox placement for any specific email or campaign.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code on mailspice.io is owned by MailSpice. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MailSpice is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost revenue, deliverability issues, or domain reputation changes.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
